• The amendment provides two additional five-year option periods, and opportunity to make further investments

Key Highlights of the Extension:
• Extends each of the existing three Exclusive Exploitation Authorizations under the Etame PSC for 10 years from the date of the signing of the Amendment, with two additional five-year option periods;
• Provides the opportunity to make future investments that will yield benefit to both the Contractor Parties and the government of Gabon through further development of the resource potential within the Exploitation Areas;
• Commits the Contractor Parties to complete, within two years of the Amendment coming into force, a drilling program to drill two development wells and two appraisal wells, as well as undertake technical studies;
• In addition, VAALCO has agreed individually to provide an increased commitment to corporate social responsibility projects in Gabon.

Estupendo. En la última presentación ya comunicaron que estaban buscando un acuerdo y estaban muy contentos con las oportunidades que brindaba. Tenía que haber algunas dudas al respecto si en postmarket tenemos un +15%.
Yo de hecho tenía como principal pega de la empresa la caducidad de las licencias. Puede estar cotizando a 2-3 veces beneficios actualmente y sin deuda y con precios del OIL crecientes, no tenía sentido esa cotización sino fuera por un riesgo muy elevado (como sería haber perdido las licencias). Ahora espero que suba sin parar en cuanto presente el siguiente trimestre.
Alguien sabe cuando presentan? La última vez fue el 7 de agosto
El postmarket está parado justo en el hueco del gap de los 3$ que se abrió con mucho volumen cuando la presentación de resultados. A ver como se comporta.
