On September 25, 2020, a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”) purchased 20,332 shares in Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“Okeanis”) at a price of NOK 55.74. QVT hereafter owns a total of 2,467,777 shares in Okeanis, or 7.50% of the registered share capital. QVT’s CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member of the board of directors of Okeanis.

Delivery of Second Suezmax Newbuilding Nissos Sifnos
(Greece, September 25, 2020) Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“the Company”) announces that it has taken delivery of the Suezmax “Nissos Sifnos” today, and that the vessel has commenced her three-year time charter to an oil company. The vessel was delivered from Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries in South Korea and is the second and final Suezmax that has been delivered to the Company in September. The delivery of the Nissos Sifnos marks the conclusion of the Company's newbuilding program.

(GREECE) September 28, 2020 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) has entered into a time charter contract with a leading national energy company for one of its VLCC vessels, the Nissos Donoussa or Nissos Kythnos (in OET’s option), for one year at a gross daily rate of $34,000 per day. The charter will commence in November 2020, with the vessel re-delivering to OET in the spot market in the fourth quarter of 2021.
