As there is so much misinformation and misconceptions being posted here I am posting the remaining standard process to EUA issuance
Tomorrow the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee meets to review and make their recommendations. Again tomorrow they make RECOMMENDATIONS. These are forwarded to the FDA and published.
Then the internal CDC vaccine committee meets to make their final review. They forward their recommendations to the FDA
Then the team that has been managing the Novavax FDA process. Compiles both reports and forwards them to the internal FDA vaccine committee which reviews all FDA reports plus the two external committee recommendations and they make their final recommendations
This then gets forwarded to the FDA Commissioner for their final decision. Which when positive equates to the issuance of the EUA.
So no, there will not be a EUA issuance tomorrow.
This can take as little as a day or as long as a few weeks. I am planning on 2 days to 3 weeks as the time period for this.
