Vaya "joya" de empresa....

Creo que està suspendida de cotización. 

esta empresa subió hace una semana un 18 mil % bajo a los 2 dias un 97.58% o algo asi,ha subido hace 1 día 25 mil % y el viernes bajo 99.57% solo quiero probar con 100$ porque estoy viendo cosas muy raras. la he buscado en degiro no aparece

Bueno, si metes 100 pavos y te sube un 18.000% es buen negocio tio. A ver si reabren la cotización y metele... no dudes. 

Eso si, la web tampoco funciona. 

Llama a algun vecino, a ver si el edificio aún existe. ;)

hombre 100$ no es nada, aqui son 4 horas fe trabajo.La historia no me la invento, puedes comprobarlo revisando los datos de las ultimas semanas. pensé que yahoo finance estaba mal, asi que lo mire en google finance y en la pagina proactinvestor australia y tmb marcaba la misma subida.

la página no funcionaba la semana pasada tmpoco.

Es que si esta suspendida de cotización no la vas a encontrar en ninguna parte. Suspendida de cotización quiere decir que no cotiza en la bolsa. No se puede comprar ni vender. 

Igualmente, revisa la liquidez. Tal vez te suba un 2000%, pero si no hay volumen, tal vez no "cueles" ni esos 100 pavos. 

No está suspendida en absoluto, eso fue por noticias que tenían que publicar la suspendieron un dia. La acción está imparable, ni brexit, ni nada, a punto de batir los máximos del año de nuevo.
En Julio empiezan Sal de Vida, proyecto mega de litio, debería de ponerse en máximos del año en breve.

Me refería a Galaxy Resources

hoy 29 de junio a las 12:22 PM hora brisbane ( australia) la empresa esta subiendo un 20 mil 800%. ha vuelto ha pasar lo mismo, mañana caera luego al dia sifuiente se suspende la cotizacion y al dia siguiente subira de nuevo. Alguna explicación?

2016 off market takeover of General Mining [GMM]

In May 2016, Galaxy did a friendly off market takeover of General Mining offering GMM shareholders 1.65 Galaxy shares for each GMM share. The market viewed this favourably, I assume, as Galaxy will now have 100% share of future earnings, despite some equity dilution.

Mt Cattlin Australia

The Mt Cattlin project is a restarted lithium spodumene mine located in Western Australia.

In a resource estimate issued in March 2011, Mt Cattlin's total contained lithium oxide (Li2O) resource was 197,000 tonnes, the measured and indicated resource was 13.8 million tonnes and total resource ore tonnes were 18.18 million. Tantallum is also produced. The current life potential of the Mt Cattlin mine is 18 years, including inferred resources.

Galaxy Resources Ltd secures second lithium offtake for Mt Cattlin
Galaxy Resources Ltd (ASX:GXY) along with joint venture partner General Mining Corporation Ltd (ASX:GMM) has signed a binding offtake agreement with another Chinese customer.

Galaxy and GMM restarted lithium and tantalum mining and processing operation at the Mat Cattlin mine located in Western Australia in Q1 2016.

The binding offtake agreement will see the supply of 15,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate for CY2016 and 60,000 tonnes for CY2017.

During March, Galaxy and GMM signed term sheets for the sale of 60,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate at US$600 per tonne for 2016, and a volume commitment of 120,000 tonnes in 2017 with final pricing for 2017 to be confirmed in Q4 2016.

The joint venture has now entered into definitive contracts for 45,000 tonnes for 2016, received 50% of the contract value as prepayments equal to US$13.5 million, and contracted a total of 120,000 tonnes of 2017 production, subject only to final pricing during Q4 2016.

The JV Partners have now banked a total of US$13.5 million in prepayments from these two offtake customers.

In light of the continued strength in lithium carbonate pricing since the original offtakes were negotiated, the joint venture has decided to retain 15,000 tonnes of 2016’s forecast production for a potential spot or auction sale process later this year.

Galaxy represents a premier global lithium opportunity with existing production and market leading development assets.

Galaxy launched a friendly off-market takeover bid for GMM in May 2016.

Shares in Galaxy are trading up 330% year to date, currently priced at $0.49.
