We respectfully request your presence in the courtroom on February 8th. For all shareholders we sincerely request you come into the courtroom and argue the appeal and discovery motions. If there is any respect to be given by the Judge and the opposing counsel, you will command it and you may just come away with a decision that will be a history making one that will prove Stephen Susman walked in and once again changed the course of the case, therefore benefiting his constituency and forever sealing the fate of the perpetrators of the crimes against them. I am positive you will be receiving many letters requesting exactly what I asking you Sir. I have started a letter writing campaign on behalf of all shareholders/members to send you a quick note requesting your presence at the hearing on February 8th.

Since I am a board member of United International, just like you I have earned the respect of our members and through their generous support we were able to raise the litigation funds to help Daniel Hoffman hire counsel to formally argue and request to unseal the documents. When you show up on Feb 8th you can witness Charles Brown and the Archer & Greiner litigation team in action arguing the unsealing motion, you were forced to seal.

We are organized, will work hard for our cause and members and will stop at nothing to make sure they get something out of this bankruptcy. Many of them cannot retire, send their kids to college, buy a new house or business, pay off bills, etc.. because of the wrongdoings that occurred that lead to their investments being “wiped out” overnight. UIE as we are called is comprised of shareholders from around the globe, we will consult our elected leaders if need be and will start a media campaign to expose the truth about this fiasco, as you like to say “We are Intense” and will work hard on behalf of the over 1500 members/ 103Million plus WAMUQ/ 3.6Million WAMKQ and 500k WAMPQ shares we have been asked to represent.

I will make you a deal Steve, if you show up in the courtroom, I will hope on a jet (I live in Montana) and sit in the courtroom to listen to you argue the motions. Afterwards if you desire, we can go for an expresso and croissant down the at the deli. Steve, I and many of the members of UIE look forward to making your acquaintance on February 8th in Wilmington. Carta que no sirve para gran cosa. Rosen tiene el control total y la Juez está contenta de como se lleva el proceso. El plan será modificado en breve y en consonancia con el dictamen de la honorable juez. Rosen afirmó que no habrían grandes modificaciones, sólo algunas. Soñadores deben darse cuenta que Wamu esta acabada, incluso para los pumpers que aun esperan socavar algunos bolsillos que mantengan o compren mas acciones, los que esperen el dictamen final perderan toda la inversión. solamente H y Dimeq conseguiran objetivos de rentabilidad, resto nulidad y perdida absoluta.

Éste no aparece más por la corte, desde cuando estuvo en la corte y la juez se rio literalmente en su cara mofandose y provocando la risa del resto de abogados de los debtors y jpm. Todavía tengo la risa de esta mujerzuela en la mente, cuando se rio de Susman tras empezar a hablar y le hizo callar rápidamente, todo un aviso de lo que vendría después, pero los siempre alcistas todavía diciendo que la juez es razonable y justa.

Los bajistas os estais despachando a gusto pero hasta que el POR no sea aprobado definitivamente esto no ha acabado.

Lo que ayer ocurrio no ha tenido ningun trascendencia en el precio así que no debe haber sido tan fatidico.

Pero ¿hay algún bajista aquí?

¿Alguien con dos huevos que arriesgue su dinero en las posiciones de esa naturaleza?

Aquí solo hay gente que habla gratis, me parece a mi, si me equivoco que me corrijan.

Hay alguno que visto su curriculum de entradas y salidas, siempre palmando pasta ya me gustaría que estuviera en posiciones bajistas, visto lo gafe que es seguro que empezabamos a subir como la espuma.

Creo, como ya se ha dicho en muchas ocasiones, que los que estan largos aquí juegan a cara o cruz y por tanto vale ya de darles el coñazo y alegrarse de que la situación pinte mal. Si esto saliera bien, yo me alegraré por ello, si sale mal, lo lamentaré. Pero por mi y por mi situación, no me alegraré por la desgracia ajena.

Pero como se suele decir, hay gente "pa too"
