Aryzta: Shareholder group continues to support the strengthening of relevant industry experience - election of Andreas Schmid is not in the best interest of the bakery group

The shareholder group represented by VERAISON takes note of the nomination of Andreas Schmid as Chairman of the Board of Aryzta. After discussions and further engagement attempts during the last weeks, his election is clearly rejected. After continued delaying tactics as well as the public announcement of a strategic review and sales process, Aryzta needs more than ever bakery industry competence and trustworthy leadership. Urs Jordi, Heiner Kamps and Armin Bieri can stabilize the company immediately after the extraordinary general meeting. The shareholder group appreciates that the Board of Directors assured that the Extraordinary General Meeting will definitely take place on 16 September 2020. The shareholder group thanks all shareholders for their trust and the very positive comments and feedback received so far.

We continue to execute on our delevering path and further simplifying our structure,” commented Mr. Hvid. “During
the quarter, we reduced our consolidated net debt by over $267 million as a result of strong cash flows, proceeds from
asset sales and cash received from the new Foinaven FPSO unit contract. Over the past year, we have reduced our
consolidated net debt by approximately $887 million, or 20 percent. In addition, with the recent refinancing of four of
Teekay Tankers’ Suezmax tankers, we have eliminated all of our remaining guarantees of Teekay Tankers’ debt. As
announced in May, we also eliminated the incentive distribution rights we held in Teekay LNG in exchange for 10.75
million newly-issued Teekay LNG common units.”

En el Q2, TGP no ha recomprado ni una sola acción. Al contrario, ha emitido 15.635 nuevas acciones.

Y el guidance para Q3 es peor que el de Q2.
