Ahh, en el Q10 de los resultados de ayer que se presentó a las SEC, Novavax dice que están negociando con distintos países la ampliación de diversos contratos de venta. Así que los números van a ser aún más elevados.
Muchas dudas en PM sobre qué hacer y hasta cuánto se iría hoy. A punto de vender unas cuantas en $212, al final viendo cómo pintaban los últimos minutos vendí una parte a $202.
He recomprado unas pocas a $190 y he vendido las puts para hoy y les he sacado algo (al final había sorpresa negativa también y han venido bien). Parece que se ha estabilizado sobre esos $195, a ver cómo se menea estas semanas. El core lo voy a mantener salvo nueva sorpresa negativa. Iré tradeando si se deja y estoy acertado.

Based on the Q2 EC, CC, SEC Filing and Stan's Yahoo interview today, I am working on a puzzle what makes Novavax struggle to reach the commercial scale operation.
The USG team which used to called OWS drew a big picture to bring the Texas facility back to normal which is owned by the USG and has been staying shutdown since the H1N1 pandemic in 2012.
The USG team is still involving in this project as a PM and instructed Novavax to include the Texas facility as well as Fujifilm NC and they authorized Fujifilm as an operator of the Texas facility for the mass production of CoV2373.
They started to train operators from the summer of 2020 and commenced the operation from April 2021. It's somewhat late compared to other existing facilities (Fujifilm NC in US and Teesside in UK, Novavax Czech, SK Bioscience and Serum, etc) which started the validation operations from January and February 2021 just after the successful UK P3 result.
As I mentioned in my previous post, the CMC issues are the area of engineering and operation which depend on the company's manpower, experience, skill and competence, etc.
The Texas facility was a quickly made and relatively novice organization compared with others and took longer time than others to ramp up to the commercial production as Novavax said at the interview of Baltimore Sun.
Novavax was trying to go only with Fujifilm NC data for the FDA filing as it is the main facility in US which has been examined by FDA as Speaks said at the interview of Baltimore Sun.
The USG didn't accept Novavax's plan and instructed them to bring the Texas facility to the normal operation before they seek the FDA approval as mentioned SEC filing and Stan's Yahoo interview.
That's why Novavax didn't keep their commitment to file in Q3 and postpone a couple of weeks to October as Stan said at the Yahoo interview today.
I'm also being disappointed but all those things confirmed us again all other facilities across the world including Fujifilm NC are properly up and running. There is no reason for Texas facility not to reach the normal operation very soon as they are getting enough information and lesson learnt from all other facilities. That's one of the biggest advantages for Novavax which has several facilities in global.

No entendía que llevando NC meses no pudieran aprobarla por eso. Requirieron lo mismo para JNJ viendo lo que pasó con Emergent, le quitaron la aprobación?

Vete a saber pero viendo lo que nos hicieron previamente con J&J podría darlo por muy probable… Desconozco la veracidad pero el planteamiento tiene todo el sentido del mundo

J&J recibe el EUA también en la India y lo solicitaron hace un par de días, ¿Atentos a esta semana?
Bueno, pocos deberes me llevo para la proxima semana. Estare atento grosso modo pero sin ninguna prisa porque no creo que esto haga un Loco Ivan y bullish reversal inmediato (sin news de calado, claro). Primero tiene que frenar y, segundo, rearmarse. Eso consume tiempo. Asi que ire revisando en las power hour.
Vamos a ver donde frena temporalmente el asunto (me supongo que los 170bajos) para dar entrada a Don Gato ... y desde ahi vamos viendo.
Haciendo un poco de bolsa ficcion... "Si" llegamos a la MM200 diaria o MM50 semanal sera porque los 170-172 han pinchado y si eso sucede los osos van a salir de hasta debajo de las piedras (los osos que aun queden por salir, claro). Hasta la rayuela #1 (grafico que subi ayer), hay margen de bajada sin producirse ningun cambio en el mvto alcista de fondo, por los 140-150. Eso si, si se llega ahi va a ser con mucho nerviosismo. Es lo de siempre, cuando se sube a resistencias maestras se hace con nivel desmedido de euforia que impide al dedo actuar para tomar pluses . Lo mismo sucede al contrario, la visita a soportes importantes se tiene que producir entre un gran ruido y nerviosismo o panico o no se llegaria a esos niveles ... Ademas en caso de llegar a soporte #1 todo dios va a ver un descomunal HCH en semanal, lo que va a dificultar el asunto mas si cabe.
Voy andar en modo movil varios dias pero seguire el precio de reojo. Otros siguen muy diligentente los acontecimientos. Y en base a ese trabajo es por lo que que tengo mucho interes en ir de caza en esta correccion.
