I (as a layman) have skimmed over the Feb. 2012 MOR and see potential Sausage on several pages. Perhaps all 17 pages should be scrutinized line by line for assets that are perhaps coming to us. I know there are several on this board that have the ability to dissect this MOR and interpret the reserves and hold backs better than I can.

I checked KCCLLC and saw that the April hearing was cancelled...it had the MARTA Claim on the agenda. Does anyone know if it has been rescheduled?

Kosturos is the Liquidating Trustee for the Liquidation Trust ... Totally seperate entity from WMIH. He is retained for a 6 month period to liquidate assets and pay off claims.

Rosen/WGM are also retained by the Liquidating Trust (Litigation) for the sole purpose to finalize the unresolved claims made in the BK court.

They have NOTHING to do with the decisions made for the new company.
