Paciencia, constancia valerosa

Please, let us all remember we are invested a company that is in bankruptcy. With honest attorneys representing us, money would have flowed through to equity and this would have been settled long ago. Unfortunately Rosen and his masters at WGM were dishonest and tried to sacrifice equity to pay off the HF's and protect JPM. I said there was always risk in buying any of the WAMU flavors but I tried to hedge my bets by buying the H's because they seemed most safe and the P's because I saw a reasonable possibility of a large return. As time has gone on, there has been several adverse rulings from JMW that have made the H's less secure. I still believe the H's are going to end up being paid more than what they are trading for now but I don't believe it is the sure thing I used to believe. JMW's ruling on the H's being obligated to make up the contract rate FJR difference puts the H's at risk. To ignore there is a risk is foolish. However, there is mediation that will take place and in any mediated agreement, we simply can't guess as to what will be the outcome. H's could receive something in cash, H's could receive stock in NEWCO, or H's could be wiped out. I added to my H's when they dropped in price but I recognize that move was a gamble and I am playing with money I can afford to lose. I am just saying that nobody knows what is going to happen. I keep seeing various posters claiming they know, but I say nobody knows. Negotiations will be going on behind closed doors and any new POR that comes out of the meetings will involve compromises that will probably make us all unhappy. That's what happens in a bankruptcy. Rosen and his band of crooks at WGM are the real villains here and we are suffering the consequences of his treasonous behavior. No wonder people are out in the streets protesting the Wall Street behavior

Re: EC opposition to Motions for Leave to Appeal

Re: EC opposition to Motions for Leave to Appeal
