it says A&M has two rich buddies, JPM and WFC, they act as A&M's agents, and provide A&M "certain" credit facilities (-- my question: not all?, need to know what "certain" means, and how much financing A & M gets from JPM and WFC).

In return, A& M pays them a lot, including
1. "interests"
2. "certain customary and negotiated fees"
3. "and the reimbursement of expenses"

I recalled when EC was trying to hire Bienenstock from Dewey & LeBoeuf http://www.deweyleboeuf.com/en/People/B/... , they were conflicted out after we saw the news that JPM issues bonds for Dewey & LeBoeuf, how A&M is allowed to be here???!!!!
