Curiosa teoría en los comentarios de un artículo en SA sobre RLYP (teoría que ya había leído por Twitter):

Vifor Pharma WILL use this first deal.....to complete its next deal....which will be Chemocentryx.

An important tidbit about the next deal is the fact that Vifor ALREADY has purchased 3.3 million shares of Chemocentryx at a price of $7.50 a shares and also advanced them $60 million dollars for the rights to CCX168 in Europe. The price of CCXI at the time of the deal was ONLY $2.00 a share.....

This is important because Chemocentryx and Relypsa are only 4 miles away from each other AND Vifor has already said that the Relypsa headquarters will now become Vifor's US home base.

Buying Relypsa gives Vifor a US Sales force........and with Chemocentryx located only 4 miles away from Relypsa,they could use that salesforce to also sell Chemocentryx's CCX168 .

So buying Relyspa sets them up sweetly to then buy Chemcentryx, who is located....just down the road.

The fact that Vifor already holds about 10% of CCXI's stock, that they paid dearly for......makes it seem obvious that they will buy Chemocentryx next in building this Pharma Castle that the CEO of Vifor talked about on the CC when talking about the Relyspa deal.

Sí, creo que es buena oportunidad, y yo ya debería de tenerlas es cartera. No las compré el viernes por estar siguiendo chicharrada, pero mi plan era comprarlas al cierre al precio que estuvieran.
