In relation to the on-going discussions between Abengoa S.A. (the “Company”) and its creditors which include the ad-hoc committee of bondholders (the “Committee”) about the Company’s financial situation, the Committee and its Advisers will be holding a call for holders of the Notes on 8 February 2016 at 16:00 UK to update on the process and expected next steps.

The call will be based solely on public information.
Given the large number of expected participants, it is not envisaged that the call will provide a feasible platform for a live Q&A session. However, holders of the Notes are encouraged to send their questions in advance of the call by emailing Houlihan Lokey directly at [email protected]. The Advisers will endeavor to answer those questions during the call for the benefit of all holders of the Notes to the extent this can be achieved without disseminating Material Non Public Information. To the extent any questions are not addressed during the call, the Advisers will aim to address those in subsequent calls or through bilateral communications with holders of the Notes.
