Ahora que estoy empezando a ver mails internos de JPM estoy empezando a atar cabos sueltos.

En el Hearing del 28, cuando aprobaron el EC y denegaron el Discovery, seguramente Walrath ya sabía lo que había conseguido WEIL hasta la fecha. Por eso lo denegó argumentando que entendía que era innecesario; no hacía falta remover más mierda y salpicar a más empresas/organismos.

Si Walrath ya sabía lo que había en esos mails, me apuesto lo que sea a que probablemente sabía también que JPM, FDIC y WMI estaban intentando llegar a un acuerdo (con mails como los que están saliendo, JPM no tiene nada que hacer). Probablemente haya actuado en dos direcciones, una no tomando decisiones para dar tiempo a las partes para llegar a un acuerdo y itra formando el EC (o avisando a la UST para que lo solicitara) para que los accionistas no se quedaran fuera.

AHORA, tampoco descartaría que WEIL estuviera haciendo el paripé con su papel de malo, presentando mociones que sabía perdidas de antemano. Me explico. Si estos mails los tenía WEIL... ¿porqué no han cerrado un acuerdo antes en petit comité? Es la parte que no entiendo...

This July presentation showcases that JPM already knew what kind of capital they'd need after the Purchase and Assumption Agreement....

But how could they have known what the details of the agreement would be in July?

Black magic? Divining Arts? or Collusion?

Page 599-603 On August 3rd they were already digging into the effects of "Negative Goodwill". I guess they foresaw getting a heck of a bargain.

I wonder if we dig through the "confidential" docs long enough, if we can find all of 2009's lottery numbers.

Seriously, JPM and the FDIC are so screwed.

I don't care what anyone says. We've already got enough evidence to show the two were joined at the hip long before feigning that anything earth shattering had happened to the bank.
