This is a Federal Judge, period. She will rule according to law not pressure from a bunch of impatient fools. Get over the ASAP comment. ASAP is a meaningless acronym, it simply means "As Soon As Possible". It is not possible for her to rule right now due to issues known only the the parties involved and the Judge or else she would have already ruled.
Keep your pants on already and forget the ASAP statement! When it happens, it happens.
