Para que se realize el reparto en cascada es imprenscindible que esten liquidados el 100 x 100 de los claims?

No. Con la aprobación de la Juez Walrath de las cantidades a liberar de las reservas es más que suficiente. :)

pero estoy leyendo y veo que las reservas van disminuyendo mes a mes. Como esto tarde un poco solo llegara algo para las WAHUQ

A no ser que hubiera un pacto sellado en la cámara de la Juez cuyo contenido nunca sabremos hasta que se implemente y en el cual GS paga por sus pecados de haber llevado WAMU a la bancarrota junto a JPM vía ilegal Naked shorts. Si los retrasos son señales que algo se esta cocinando ya llevamos 6 y numerosas subidas unidos a los bonuses del BOD. Quieres más pruebas??? Otra más la ballena de JPM :) :) :)

So it looks like the trust is not going to file a judgement against the FDIC to make them pay those claims as suggested by Walrat. Or they may do it by 9/24, who knows?
