Articulo que habla sobre el oscuro mundo de la las captive reinsurance.

Where I've had the time I've been trying to get a handle on reinsurance and how it works, specifically interested in the capital requirements. I've read other things also pointing to "limiting" of offshore companies and this is for reasons other than taxes ( never rule out the importance of taxes as a driving force to regulations ) but it does leverage the importance of our NOL's.

All the existing companies are bruised up and locked down from "old" policies, lot of the "new" entries have been offshore and in a highly regulated industry that has already started a push-back against offshore coupled with a tax starved government, plus the pent-up demand of the housing market that is in part hampered by low appraisals ( Low appraisals push up the need for PMI and as the market returns insures the PMI bet ).

Things look good .............. we need capital but most of all, we need to get started

Las WMIH tienen un valor alto respecto a su valor libros.

Si hay un desplome en las bolsas estas acciones se iran a 0´30 cts.

No te preocupes tanto del valor de libros que el BOD tiene sus intereses en WMIH más que tu.

Yo no me preocupo tu y los que estais en ellas si que debeis preocuparos ya que desde que empezaron a cotizar no ganan nada incluso pierden, cualquier accion americana CONSERVADORA gana mucho mas eso sin contar con lo que habeis perdido con las famosas Wamu.
No esperes que sea benevolo con estas acciones cuando han resultado una pifia en todos los sentidos.
Lamentable y patético.

Eso diselo a los que han comprado a 0.40 durante estos meses o los que han promediado a la baja para bajar su media.
