The PR by Rosen is a clear sign that Rosen knows he is being pushed out and will become insignificant once mediator steps in.

Just imagine, what will happen if Rosen/A & M won't be able to "protect" JPM/FDIC thru the sham GSA.

Rosen thinks Judge will allow him to come up with a "quick POR" ignoring the fiesty equity fighters to finish his "criminal work" for the JPM/FDIC/SNHs and other crooks,

What an idiot Rosen is who still thinks he is "controlling" this BK sham even though he is holding a rejected POR. This idiot is suggesting to approve a POR quickly by end of Oct, but leave most of the important claims unsettled by the BK court!

Anyway, Susman team should not allow the snake oil salesman Rosen to "fool" the Judge yet again. Otherwise, Susman team must do what it need to do to take this BK case out of JMW's court asap.

The Debtor is no longer just fighting the EC/TPS/DIME, with this filing the Debtor is also now officially fighting the Court.

Let's hope THJMW takes it as such and swats Rosen on Thursday.

What he means is PLEASE isolate these bad hedgefunds before anyone else gets implicated. Hmmmmm, "hijacked" there's that word again.

Lo cierto es que el GSA esta intacto y que despues de la mediacion la Juez puede confirmar el POR acabando con la equidad de un plumazo, ya lo ha realizado en otras Bk´s donde no ha tenido piedad con la equidad despues de verificar que no había mas capital para distribuir.

También puede hacer lo contrario ¿no? aquí de momento no se sabe nada y cada uno hace su juego... mientras EC y TPS callan. Espero que pudieras salirte de tus H en el repunte de ayer. Cada vez duran menos...
