Hay una especie de circuito de apelaciones, me da la impresión que esto va a retrasar un poco todo, pero tampoco está muy claro, esperemos a ver los documentos, de momento no están disponible sólo la nota informativa. En ghost a buena información y documentos aunque son bastantes sesgados en ocasiones y sólo ven lo que les interesa ver y si no te tachan de basher, por ejemplo han transcrito mucho del hearing pero de la pifiada de Susman nada, cosas así.

Se han presentado dos apelaciones,una ante la corte de THJMR para el hearing del 02/06/2010 y la otra ante la Corte Suprema de Apelaciones de USA sin fecha definida pero con una mocion de emergencia para ser tratada lo mas urgente posible

No ponias de vez en cuando comentarios de un 2 juez en excedencia americanos o eras tu o venerando o ptolomeo es que nos vendria bien sus conociemientos y experiencia sobre la apelacion del examinador(ilusamente pienso que al ser otra instancia estara menos contaminada para sopesar todas las pruebas y que este debe ser admitido)y como encaja eso con el merde del dia 26.tratare de encontrar a los jueces yo tambien.

no hay que suscribirse como entro???ahora pensaba tu max colgaste alguna vez cosas de los jueces para otros asuntos sino ya lo buscare en nuestro foro,en principio si la apelaciona la negativa sobre el examinador,conozco la ley española la eeuu lo estoy haciendo sobre la marcha,supongo que seria una especie de supremo y podriamos cotejar la jurisprudencia al menos a ver si es realista que rechacen la decision de la prevaricadora juez en primera instancia,cunato menos puede un lemento de presion de cara a un nuevo posible POR,WORKING ON IT

I just spoke with Ilene and she was in court today.

After the trial she had spoke with Steve for approx 10 minutes.

Mr. Susman stated that they have only been given minimal amounts of documents that do not contain "the meat".

Mr. Susman also stated that there will be a filing out most likely tomorrow that will request the vast amounts of documentation that has not been handed over.

As it stands now, he believes that there is an amount of money that will be left over for equity. Mr. Susman has not fired off his canons yet due to it "not being the right time to do so". (IMO) he has smoking guns.

Ilene will be on later and just wanted to give an update with her conversation with Mr. Susman.
