Threshold Pharmaceuticals Announces Preclinical Data Presentations on Tarloxotinib at the 2015 AACR-NCI-EORTC Meeting
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/27/15 -- Threshold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: THLD) today announced that it will present preclinical data on tarloxotinib bromide*, or "tarloxotinib", in two scientific posters at the AACR-NCI-EORTC International Conference on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics, which will be held November 5-9, 2015, in Boston. Tarloxotinib is Threshold's proprietary hypoxia-activated, irreversible epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor exclusively licensed from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. The data highlight preclinical rationale in support of two ongoing Phase 2 proof-of-concept trials of tarloxotinib in non-small cell lung cancer and in squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck or skin.

Para Marzo 2015 terminaron el reclutamiento, los 620 pacientes. El recoger la estadistica de los 434 eventos les iba a llevar casi otro año hasta que se produjera, por eso se estimaba la fecha de los datos top-line para Q1 2016. Lo mismo para pancreas, estan recolectando datos y necesitan alcanzar los 508 eventos antes de empezar a sumarizarlos y dar los top-line. Tambien se esperaban para Q1 2016.

PERO en las ultimas conferencias ya han estado diciendo que para fin de año y no en Q1 2016. Y en las ultimisimas ya hablando de Q4 ... vamos, a mi entender estan ya analizado datos o a punto de ...

Lo de SIMULATENEOSLY me pone los pelos de punta ... he estado tradeandola manejando bien el rango por el que se movia hasta que me pillo con el pie cambiado el desplome del sector aunque me he quitado de encima en tablas la mitad de los cromos aun me quedan 10k a 4,5 que me queman en las manos, no me la juego, a ver si me da salida y me quedo con 1k papeletas a lo sumo, no me arriesgo a mas, pero me tiene que dar tiempo a quitarmelas de encima .. esto acaba en drama, ya lo veras, ja,ja
