Synta falls after GALAXY-1 update

Synta Pharmaceuticals (SNTA) slides 10% premarket after providing a GALAXY-1 (that's ganetespib in NSCLC) update over the weekend. The data presented come from a one-year follow-up.
The company says the results "increase confidence in positive outcome for GALAXY-2 Phase 3 Trial" — results expected in 2014.
Analysts seem to agree, with market chatter indicating that Roth Capital, JMP, and Jefferies are all out positive on the news.
The double-digit premarket sell-off may be attributable to the unadjusted OS Hazard Ratio in the ITT group which looks to be 0.90 (slide 22 of presentation). This is the number that bedeviled SNTA investors in June, when it rose to 0.82 from 0.69 in September of 2012.
SNTA highlights a Hazard Ratio of 0.75 for the prespecified chemosensitive patient population. (PR)
