Yellen: Rate hike 'appropriate relatively soon'
In prepared remarks for her Congressional testimony later this morning, Janet Yellen surprises no one by more or less promising a rate hike next month.
She takes note of the danger of waiting too long to lift, which could force the central bank to have to slam the brakes on the economy at some later point.
Alongside the rate hike promise is a reiteration of the Fed's intention to move at a gradual pace as it tightens policy.

Based on recent FDA feedback, Aurinia expects to initiate a single Phase III clinical trial of voclosporin 23.7mg BID (AURORA) in Q2 2017. Aurinia believes this Phase III clinical trial whose design is consistent with the ongoing AURA study, will support a New Drug Application (NDA) submission.
