Pues ahí está el sec filing sobre el tema del offering, y desmienten por completo la afirmación del Bastardo y los supuestos correos con Jefferies. Está claro que uno de los 2 miente.

ademas no estoy acostumbrado a que una farma en el que esté comprado responda tan rapidamente y menos a acusaciones realizadas por el Bastardo.

Nadie debería estar acostumbrado a que la empresa en la que invierte tenga que sacar PR y Sec filings para hacer frente un twittero/articulista tocapelotas. Menudo poder tiene el tipo! Tenga o no razón, el daño ya está hecho. Dicho esto, tampoco voy a defender a ultranza a ZIOP, porque las empresas pueden mentir tanto o más que él.
