¿Dónde conseguir datos del PER y otros ratios para índices y ETFs?

"Dear Mr Martinez
Please see below response from our ETF team:
On May 6th, 2010, numerous securities as well as ETFs were involved in the "Flash Crash". During the trading day many ETFs traded well above/ below their fair values (or NAVs) at the time. As a result the NYSE and other exchanges canceled all trades 60% or further from the previous quote. That being said, a number of executions did stand regardless of the price or how much the ETF recovered later in the day.
The US exchanges have since implemented a number of changes to keep a similar event from happening. In particular there are now single-stock circuit breaker halts that apply to most securities, including ETFs, that would halt trading prior to a move beyond 10% away from the previous price. That being said investors should always take caution when using market, or stop market orders, as executions are a function of speed, not a function of thought on appropriate price.
