Re: DOS WAMUS?

These clowns have no idea who they're dealing with.

52 billion or lets sit down with a jury and see how they react. I know what's been kicked up in discovery so far and I have all the confidence in the world that a jury will find that none of it is simply circumstantial, that this is far from conspiracy theory, and that the proof is all right there for anyone to see...

FOR DOPES THAT JUST CANT BELIEVE JPM WOULD SETTLE, I suggest you look a little harder... since they've clearly been in settlement talks for a year and as Rosen the weasel put it, "the talks have become productive and all sides have moved much closer to a resolution."

The way this works is simple, JPM will settle before Quinn gets them over a barrel or there's no longer any reason to settle. Once the genie is out of the bottle, there's no putting him back in.

The ball is in Dimon's court. One might gamble with house money or corporate profits. But in a worse case scenario, he could be gambling with his freedom.

Here's a clue...

Copyright and Trademark issues could wind up costing JPM 15 or so billion right there. We all know the holding company owned the trademarks and we know JPM gratuitously infringed on WMI's IP for well over a year.

Give it time, this will all go away or it will come to a head in a big way... and VERY VERY soon. Either way, JPM and Dimon are in the hot seat. Sheila Bair is sitting on Dimon's lap. Neither are looking forward to the turbulence that both have seen coming from a mile away.

If only the FDIC had had authority over holding companies in 9/08 none of this would have happened. Whoops.
