1. Finalizar los claims
2. Goldman Sachs y su unidad de reaseguros

If I (GS)was facing a settlement with someone with a smoking gun (WMILT), could I (GS) propose the following to WMILT because the people who would be getting paid are virtually the same people? I would propose a small cash settlement with the WMILT with my right hand, with no admission of guilt and save some face. PLUS to sweeten the settlement deal to WMILT and virtually the same benefactors, offer what I have in my left hand, a viable business model to WMIH. This would of course, have to be completely secret and would not be above board, but both the creditors in the waterfall and perhaps even our escrow shares depending on the cash amount to WMILT, would benefit PLUS certainly, the increased PPS of WMIH could benefit the holders of the converted WAMUQ shares (WMIH), who also own escrow shares. A lot of those creditors, escrow holders and converted shares (WMIH) are the same people. I know the entites of WMILT and WMIH are (should be) completely separate, but as we have learned, what should be is not necessarily what is reality. I also know that there are plenty who would not benefit, but who are they really?
I hope I have done a better job of explaining the sweet bridge deal that some entity like GS could use to settle.

That leads to another question. Timing. Do they have to happen at the same time or can one happen before the other. I would prefer the left hand to WMIH now and the right hand to WMILT after they settle with certain claimants.
