PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, on May 2, 2013, the following objections to the Certification of Counsel were filed:

Los Escrows son el resultado del canje de haber tenido viejas acciones der Washington Mutual.
Se puede tener Escrow de WAMPQ, WAMKQ y WAMUQ.

WMI LT es quien está gestionando que los fondos que se estan liberando vayan a pagar a todas las clases en base al numero de la misma. Una vez se paguen las clases superiores (ahora mismo creo que se está terminando de pagar la clase 15 pues vendrá la 16 (Piers) y después el dinero empezará a fluir hacia los accionistas de clases Preferentes y Comunes en una división 75% preferentes y 25% comunes.
