Eugene Davis career profile is pretty interesting.

I have never read anybody being involved in so many companies over the years and earning so much money from being on the BODs.

It is safe to assume from his background that this guy could have opportunity to be on the BOD for many companies with the similar size as WMIH.

"Los accionistas deberian demandar respuestas concretas en la Junta del día 5 Junio por parte del BOD:

1. ¿Hay planes para utilizar los NOLs o no tienen valor?

2. Tiene la Junta Directiva algun Plan de Negocio, ¿Cual sería?

3. WMIH quemo $15 millones de los $77 millones iniciales dejandola con $62 millones. ¿Donde fue a parar ese dinero?

4. ¿Porque la Junta Directiva no se ha comunicado con los accionistas el último año?.

5. WMIH reinsurance business está en modo 'runoff'. ¿Hay algun beneficio para WMIH de WMMRC?

6. ¿Hay algun activo oculto en WMIH?

7. ¿Porque cree el BOD/management que deben recibir los paquetes Bonus de acciones? ¿Que han conseguido hasta la fecha para merecerse tal recompensa?

Preguntemos cualquier otro tipo de pregunta importante mientras podamos, no vaya a ocurrir que después de la Junta nos vayamos al modo hibernación por otro año más.

xoom, of course this is AIMHO as anything into the future is either discussion based on current/past events or one has inside information which I certainly do NOT.

With that said this is what could happen based on trying to see past what the players are doing.

I have long thought since G.S started this discussion on selling their insurance unit, that this G.S. insurance unit is the deal. There are too many similarities that coincide with the very easily and agreeable Susman.

One does not make two public announcements such as G.S. has and then go dark without a word about their insurance unit and in the meantime WMILT is agreeing to delays that will push on until claims are all settled/expunged. This could be an easily way to solve all of G.S. illegalities with the former WaMu and kill all future litigation involving third party claims regarding same.

I believe when this all ends, WMILT will end up with (example 20%) ownership in the G.S. insurance unit with WMIH owning the rest and then WMILT will sell their part after WMIH capitalization back to WMIH, freeing up big money for the escrow shares. If this is it and when it is finally announced, it will relatively all happen at the same time.

With that said, one can see why Susman has to agree to delay until all claims are expunged/settled or otherwise they will continue to hold hostage the overall deal. Also notice how much Susman has billed during this time which also tells me he has been working far more diligently with G.S. than most people realize. Time will tell but there will be a very favorable outcome for WMIH IMHO.

I will also add to some naysayers that claim there are very few tax atttributes here and even, even, even if there is only one billion, not five, not ten and not thiry billion, but only one billion worth of tax attributes, this will make this little company very, very valuable.

I also believe that WMIH is being set up from the foundation in a professional way that will spell future success in a large way and again AIMHO!

I agree with your analysis except I think that the WMILT will get 100% ownership in the G.S. insurance unit and will sell to WMIH this asset for say quarterly payments for say 4 years on the profits that unit will generate and WMIH will use it's NOL's to offset taxes.(MONICA prediction ring a bell?)

A este paso la Empresa desaparecerá igual que Wamu con la diferencia de que aqui no habra demandantes suficientes para reclamar haber sido estafados.

Mala pinta tiene el futuro de la Compañia, pero con los acuerdos obtenidos en las previas no se podia esperar nada bueno de estos sinverguenzas.

Me refiero a que estas dando bombo a las acciones nuevas cuando están en la picota porque la Junta directiva esta plagada de chorizos, el precio ya por 0`60, déjate de cuentos que eres harto conocido por tu demagogia y no se te contesta para no alterarse por ponerte verde, te dejan por imposible para que lleves el hilo tu solo y escribas lo que te plazca.
