En el 1. pon el número total de acciones de esa clase que tengas

En el 4. no tocar nada

Yo he llenado todo a mano. Respecto a completar, en el ítem 1 va la cantidad de acciones que tengas, y en el 4 lo tenés que dejar en blanco.
