What can it mean? Three possibilities come to my mind:

1. All parties have retreated to their lairs and are preparing their next attack. Perhaps going first is a disadvantage, and we are witnessing a high-stakes game of "who blinks first".

2. THJMW has told everyone she does not want any more bullchit filings and grandiose posturing, and that all parties had better work together to come up with a POR that is agreed to by all (or at least those needed to correct the deficiencies in the last POR), and serious negotiations are ongoing.

3. Realignment: the parties of the GSA are no longer committed to each other, and are seeking different partners for a new POR that will address the judge's concerns. Since the last POR was denied and exclusivity is over, perhaps FDIC and JPMC no longer feel the need for channeling their wishes through WMI, and are proposing some deal to the EC to gain releases, and will present a POR without the blessing of WMI. Or some other kind of realignment of partners.

What other scenarios might explain the eerie stillness?

Faltan otros catalizadores para hacer subir las acciones, POR nuevo, trustee implementado, o que la Juez cambie de una vez su criterio de negar dinero a la equidad, asi como Susman empiece a soltar misiles de crucero Toma-howk.
