El miedo y los antecedentes pesan mucho,donde estariamos ahora si no nos hubieran dado tantos palos.el valor tiene memoria es por eso si se produce una noticia buena de verdad sin humo,mazazo de la juez rechazo del ds y aprobacion de examiner entonces si que tiraria para arriba sin titubeos.pero claro hay mucha gente comprada a 0.12-015$.
Despues de subir tanto ayer que la accion encuentre el soporte de de 0.18 es muy positivo a la espera de noticias.

This Motion for the Examiner states that should Judge Walrath Grant this motion now before the court that EC/Susman will withdraw it's direct appeal motion now currently filed with the 3rd Cir COA.....
And based on Judge Walrath's invitation to re submit the motion for an Examiner...in all likelyhood ....it is expected to be GRANTED..... However others have until June 14th to file their Objections and the hearing is set for 17th June......
Very good for equity position..... BUT in reality...but take note Page 3 Para 6..where EC stating that it is not known if by appointing an Examiner it will favor the Debtor's shareholders in all particulars....but in seeking transparency and completeness will benefit all parties

El valor viene subiendo fuerte desde ayer, es posible que estuviesen descontados estos eventos. Como siempre nosotros nos enteramos cuando ya ha pasado el autobús.
Pero con el volumen de hoy, no debería subir algo más el valor? o quizás tendremos un final de día lindo?
