Sí, es que no ha dejado tiempo, todo ha ido muy rápido desde la apertura... algo bueno, creo, para los que seguimos dentro, porque podría haber bajado más y no haber recuperado casi nada, podría estar estancada... Veremos qué pasa mañana...

CYTR que os suba hasta 0,92 pero que no se dispare aún to the moon eh,??? quiero entrar otra vez, a ver si deja otro precio bueno tipo los que Chartis aprovecharia.
He estado a punto de hacer una entrada a POP, pero hubiera sido por despecho, no la he hecho.
Cada vez me quedan menos chicharros ya,  y son ya entradas que hice hace meses sin pensar, mierdecillas  que arrastro.
A ver si veo alguna cosa interesante y si no ir vaciando, y meditando si trasladarme IB  a terminar el experimento probando algun corto intradia prudente ya que estamos.
RNVA , quieres saltarte tu norma? mmmm, si lo haces ok pero pon una orden de compra de esas muy por debajo prudente prudente no sé! ajaj saludos!

Joer, ojalá se fueran al 0.92, yo las llevo al 0.91. Las vendí por arriba la primera vez, junto con Chartis, depués entré al calor de otra subida al dia siguiente, y vendí bien en el mismo dia, y volví a entrar pensando que seguirían subiendo, y.... pom, enganchado a 0.91.

Oye, que si tienen que bajar para que entres, pues que bajen, y después a ver si nos fuéramos hasta el 0.92 sin paradas, jejeje.

POP .... Yo también llevo dias apurando la entrada, hoy se han llevado otro palo gordo, veremos mañana. ¿Tienes alguna teoría de dónde puede estar el suelo en POP?, yo ni idea.

CYTR Yo iba para largo pero no me aclaro parece, el frenesí del día a día despista, pero bueno, de momento he recomprado la mitad a 57,5!
POP la he seguido pero no a nivel interno, vale lo de la mala gestión y ley de supervivencia, pero aquí creo que hay demasiado hedge fund maligno destrozandola creo,  y me sabe mal... yo había pensado 0,57 asi que fijate lo bien que iba... ahora que, 0,27? la seguiré unos días a ver si se queda por ahí con nuevos ciclos, o corrije y veré que hacer

TO BE HELD ON JUNE 5 , 2017

Notice is hereby given that the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Delcath Systems, Inc. will be held on June 5, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., local time, at the offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, located at 101 Park Avenue, New York, New York 10178, for the following purposes:

 

  (1) To vote on the election of Harold S. Koplewicz, M.D as a Class II director, to serve until the 2020 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualified;

 

  (2) To cast a non-binding, advisory vote on the compensation of our named executive officers (“say-on-pay”);

 

  (3) To cast a non-binding, advisory vote on the frequency of “say-on-pay”;

 

  (4) To ratify the appointment by our Audit Committee of Grant Thornton, LLP as Delcath’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017;

 

  (5) To approve an amendment to our amended and restated certificate of incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our common stock, such split to combine a whole number of outstanding shares of our common stock in a range of not less than fifty shares and not more than five hundred shares, into one share of common stock in the discretion of the Board of Directors, and to grant authorization to the Board of Directors to determine, in its sole discretion, whether to implement the reverse stock split, as well as its specific timing; and

 

  (6) To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or postponement of the meeting.

Each proposal will be effective upon its approval by our stockholders at the Annual Meeting and is not conditioned upon the approval by our stockholders of any other proposal. As each proposal will be presented to our stockholders at the Annual Meeting in the order presented herein, each such proposal that is approved will become effective in such order.
