Mugi, aquí tienes, ya desde hace meses lo vengo comentando con ese R/s 1/10 y quedar con apenas Shares 38.43M se veia venir a pesar de que en la ampliación que hicieron a 27 $ se vendió al momento pero y cuando iniciaron el nueva Fase I con el cáncer mas me lo supuse, ahora lo que veo es
el quemado de caja que se avecina va a ser grande cuando hacen esta segunda ampliación de capital en menos de un año y en este caso va a ser 90 M/$ ATM de maneras que tienen mas que suficiente para hundir la cotización cada vez que les apetezca, y eso que declaran poseer mas de 220 M$ en cash a Q3/2015, Pues creo que nos veremos en una eterna lateralidad y los 50$ y los 60$ que alegremente S.A nos ha anunciado creo que no lo veremos en muchos años , aunque les aprueben HEPLISAV en 2016.

They would be adding a mere 2.57 Million shares to our existing 38.4 Million shares outstanding which is a small adder if the stock trades around $35 - $40 range per share after the trial results are released in December. Lets see if they hold off selling shares until after the trial results are released and the stock rockets upward and get in the $35 or so range. If they sell before hand, I would worry about the trial results as they would be adding more shares to raise $90 Million than if they waited until after the results are released assuming the results are favorable.

Aún no he tenido tiempo para leerme nada con detenimiento, pero ahora mismo esto solo es el típico shelf registration, no hay ninguna certeza de si se empezará a ejecutar hoy, en 4 meses o nunca, y tampoco si van a utilizar el total de los 90 mill o una cantidad inferior. Quiero decir que tener un S3 aprobado (del tipo ASR para no perder tiempo) es un instrumento habitual. Como y cuando lo van a utilizar lo desconozco, creo que será en función de si se aprueba o no la fase 3 y sobretodo si hay posterior aprobación de la FDA. Sigo pensando que ahora mismo no es necesario ni urgente, aunque aumentar el cash no hace ningún daño, y que si lo empiezan a realizar no hundirán la cotización. Estamos hablando de 90 mill como máximo de un market cap de casi un billón, un 9-10% de dilución.

Quien da más miedo y nos puede hundir es el IBB y el propio sector!

NVAX. No tiene motivo aparente de estar donde la tenemos , rozando los tentadores 6,5!!!, que lejos están los 9$, pero que lejos estaban los 6,5$ a principio de semana. En mi caso después de mis entradas en 8, y 7 , solo volveré a entrar si llega a 6 y 5, pero cuando lleguen los 9 , que pienso que llegaran , las venderé , ya que me da que vamos a estar este año con estas subidas y bajadas, y siendo constante se pueden conseguir rentabilidades superiores a una OPA...que dicho sea de paso , estas maniobras que estamos viendo, no será que están toreando al toro , para finalmente OPARLO?....😉
